Alex Bolanos

Alex Bolanos

Alex Bolanos brings an energetic dedication to early childhood education, rooted in a lifelong passion for nurturing young minds. Born in Southern California and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Alex developed a natural affinity for guiding children through her role as the eldest sibling and cousin in a large family. Her early experiences caring for younger family members inspired her to pursue a career in education, where she now channels that deep understanding of children’s needs and potential into her teaching.

Currently working with toddlers in the Phase3 Toddler Program, Alex supports each child’s journey toward independence. Her approach is informed by a belief that even the youngest children are capable of much more when given the right guidance and opportunities. With a patient, respectful, and encouraging demeanor, Alex empowers toddlers to try new things and develop their abilities, instilling confidence that will serve them throughout life. Parents can feel confident knowing that Alex’s experience, dedication, and aspirations align perfectly with fostering children’s growth in a supportive environment.

Alex’s interests outside the classroom reflect her vibrant personality—she loves spending time with family, traveling, jet skiing, and staying active through her lifelong passion for basketball (she has played basketball since she was five years old). Alex is currently studying Early Childhood Development. Alex’s goal is to pursue a Master’s in Child Development and become a Behavioral Analyst, enhancing hes skills in guiding children and supporting their social-emotional growth.
